The city’s delightful mix of modern skyscrapers, historical buildings and parks is set in the dramatic natural surroundings of nearby mountains, rainforests and beaches. Visitors can relax in the Brisbane Botanical Gardens, visit the beautiful Forest Park and the famous Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Brisbane has a subtropical climate with temperature ranging between 20 - 29° C in summer and a very pleasant 9 - 20° C in winter. The seasons in Australia are; Spring – 01 September through to 30 November; Summer – 01 December through to 28/29 February; Autumn – 01 March through to 31 May and Winter – 01 June through to 31 August.
